TOTAL NETBALL CAMPS... HERE COME THE GIRLS!

Following on from the huge success of Total Rugby Camps we are delighted to introduce our new Total Netball Camps. Working with the same cross-training format as our other camps we will train using a variety of disciplines to help your child develop their netball skills in a professional environment.

Our cross training techniques help to teach speed, ball control, defence and atttacking along with other skills that are key to a successful game. With direction and advice from qualified, professional coaches, every camp attendee can expect to see improvments to their game.

You should bring the following with you to the netball camp:

- Plenty of drinks (about 1 litre)
- Netball skirt or shorts
- Safe, comfortable footwear
- A positive attitude
- A packed lunch
